Two of the most valuable classes to me was Change Leadership and Digital Design. Change Leadership was more like a project management class and Digital Design was more of a business analyst class. Most of my internships involved managing multiple projects as a business analyst. I learned valuable skills in both classes that I used everyday at my internship. I had to gather requirements, understand the voice of the customer, analyze the problem, find solutions, implement the best solution, test, end-user training, then project go-live. I had to make deadlines and limit scope creep, all while hosting weekly project update meetings. I was very well suited for my two internships due to these two classes. I really enjoyed running and completing the numerous projects over the last two summers, and found to greatly enjoy project management as a career interest.
